This June we are cycling 450km through the mountains of Da Nang to raise vital funds to support Newborns Vietnam, a fantastic charity working in the heart of Vietnam providing intensive neonatal care to infants, saving thousands of lives and giving hope to new families. 

Having taken part in  the same ride a year ago, I promised never to get back on a bike again - it was a gruelling ordeal and exceptionally unpleasant (in spite of the pleasant views).

Wind on a year and I have been persuaded to complete the ride once again - Newborns Vietnam really needs our continued support to continue to carry out their life-saving work.
