Hello everyone

Many thanks for visiting my JustGiving page.

On February 7th 2012 my beautiful and wonderful wife Liz passed away in the Martlets Hospice in Hove after a 4 month battle with cancer. Even now I still miss her enormously.

I am eternally grateful for all the care they gave Liz during this time, and the support they gave to all her family. The Martlets staff work very hard looking after terminally ill people, with very little government funding.

In her memory I ran the Brighton Marathon in April 2013. It was my first one and raised over £2,500 of much needed funds for the Martlets Hospice. My running experience before then was nil, so not surprisingly I comnpleted it in 6 hours and 3 minutes. But I did it !

In 2014 I have crazily doubled the effort and will be running both the Brighton and London Marathons (on consecutive weekends) in her memory. Please donate / sponsor me as much as you possibly can. Thank you once again.
