Joshua Carr was a dear family friend who passed away last year at the age of 23 following a courageous life spent battling his health.  Despite his short years Joshua achieved  so much and was such an  inspiration to so many of his friends, peers and all that met him.

Joshua's mantra was 'wake up like a lion' and he showed that resiliance and courage in all that he did.

The British Heart Foundation played a pivotal role in Joshua's life through countless operations and treatments.

I want to dedicate this marathon to Joshua and ask for your support in raising money in his name for the British Heart foundation.
