A number of Cordwainers are pitting their skills and wits against each others teams as part of the Cordwainer Fusilier Challenge this June. Getting a taste of the skills required to be a Fusilier as well as braving the ration packs all to raise money for the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers Aid Society, the benevolent fund that specifically helps members of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers and their families who are in need.

 

Overall we are looking to raise £10,000 between us, anything you could give to any or all of the teams would be most appricaited.

 

The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers Aid Society dispensed approximately £120k in the last year to the families of bereaved families and others who have fallen on hard times, but with the modern day demands on the Regiment more funds are needed to carry on this good work.

 

The Worshipful Company of Cordwainers has been associated with C Company for over 50 years and we could not resist the challenge to be counted and take part in the competitive spirit, raising money by way of thanks and support for all that they do.
