Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 2015 · 2 August 2015 ·

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I was fortunate to get a place riding for Alzheimer's Society, a charity leading the fight against dementia, which causes great suffering, distress and misery. It provides support for those with dementia and their families, friends and carers. It is striving to raise funding for research into the cause, care, cure and prevention of dementia. I have paid all the costs of entry etc, so all money raised through this JustGiving page will go to support Alzheimer's Society's work.

I hope you feel this venture is a good excuse to support Alzheimer's Society and that, while the weather (torrential rain) for the Ride 100 last year made the support I received feel hard earned, you will join me in hoping for a dry day on 2 August!

Thanks

Charlie
