Having declared after last year's Oxfam Trailwalker (Lake Taupo - NZ) I was hanging up my hiking boats, I'm back again for my 4th trailwalker this coming weekend.

Over the past 5 years ECN has entered 6 teams in the Oxfam Trailwalker across the Sydney, Melbourne and New Zealand events.  I'm extremely proud of all those teams for their dedication to completing this extremely challenging event, and in doing so, have raised in excess of $25,000 of vital funds for Oxfam. 

Next weekend ECN has two teams from our London office taking part in the Trailwalker at Brighton for the first time. Our objective is for both teams to cover the 100KM in less than 24 hours, however more importantly, we are hoping to raise more much need funds for Oxfam the help those amongst us most in need.

Of course this 24 hours of suffering (notwithstanding months of training) pales into insignificance compared to the hardships suffered by the people Oxfam help on a day to day basis.

I know you all get bombarded by these requests and are very generous so I do appreciate your consideration.
