I have been supporting the Royal Star & Garter Home for the past 25yrs, assisting them with the inspirational work that they do looking after our veterans of various ages and medical conditions. 

In particular I have followed the stories of four ex-Intelligence Corps soldiers that have been helped by the Home. Unfortunately Harry Drew and Evelyn Joley are no longer with us, but Arthur Shawdon and Iain Winning are.  All four men displayed amazing personal fortitude and determination in meeting their individual challenges, but it is with pride that I note the superb support given to each of them during their time at the Home.
