Hi Everyone, I am signed up to do 2022 RideLondon-Essex 100 
on May 29th for Mind, the mental health charity. I have been busy training over the past months and need your help. I’m raising money for Mind as they won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect. This cause really means a lot to me.
