Story

Thanks for visiting my 24 Days of Fitmas for Dogs Trust page. I've decided to take part in this challenge because Dogs Trust is a charity that I admire and is close to my heart. They do fantastic work to find dogs their furever homes! 

Plus, I think this will be a great challenge for me as I work to improve my fitness.
