Story
I am Jaimie Brown I'm 12 and from Bradford
I am doing a charity abseil down the front of Bradford Royal Infirmary on Saturday 21st September
I believe that even when a child is in hospital and needing any type of imaging whether it be an x ray because they broke a bone or maybe something more serious like a MRI or CT scan for cancer that there should be a place for them to wait and relax and feel like a child and not just a plain boring too with chairs as I think this would cause them to over think what was happening.
I want to raise money so Bradford charity can create a room with a more child friendly designated waiting area that's safe and offers distraction.
It will also help create a snuggle room for babies and parents to soothe babies before scans and avoid anaesthetic
It will help purchase a relax and view machine which plays films and videos whilst young people are undergoing MRI scans
Please help me reach even a small amount towards this cause
Thank you
