Fundraising for Together for Short Lives
Story
Hi everyone and welcome to my fundraising page.
My name is Maia Wain.
I am raising as much as I can for a charity that is very close to my heart "Together for Short Lives". this charity is extra special to me as my brother Caylan lived a very short life. I have always been very passionate about charities and every year I help my family raise thousands. Last year we raised enough to buy a Christmas present for every child in every ward at Derriford. It was incredible to deliver them on Christmas Eve and see lots of children and families smile.
I have been setting myself many challenges to raise money for other babies that are fighting for their lives.
My first challenge was a 5k run and I thankfully completed it. My next one was 100 burpees which was very tough but I am ready to give every challenge all that I have got.
I have also made my own jewellery range, called the Maia Range available at Bora Beads,
