Story
We are raising money for the Freddie Farmer Foundation that provide intensive block session physiotherapy sessions for disabled children aged 3-16 years old affected by cerebral palsy and mobility problems with our fourth charity football match event being played on Sunday 24th July at AFC Whyteleafe Football Club, which kicks off at 3pm at 15 Church Road, Whyteleafe, CR3 0AR.
Since our first charity football match way back in 2015, we have raised just over £2,500 for various charities such as ; Action for Children, Brain Tumour Charity, Scarlett's Walk and the Freddie Farmer Foundation. We have also played at two different venues AFC Whyteleafe and Bromley Football Clubs.
The match will be contested between two teams, one representing the Freddie Farmer Foundation and the other team representing Sands United. If you're free on that Sunday and want to support one of teams please come down and support the teams and watch the game, it will be a £2 donation for each person going to a great charitable cause.
Any other donations received will be fully appreciated by us as we are aiming to smash our fundraising target this year, which is £2000.
