Winchester College is raising money to fund a water pumping system for a farm at the Basgo Nunnery in rural India. We have been working with this nunnery for a few years, and some have even went to visit the place. 

We are hoping to sponsor the reinforcement of a water pump in the Nunnery, to allow nuns and children to get access to clean water. Currently, the flow is very weak, and a lot more structural work needs to be done to ensure acceptable water pressure and the reliability of the system. All donations are gratefully received.

During this whole-school event, we are running 4000km total. The run will take place instead of morning lessons on Friday, 23rd of September. Parents are invited. There will be a bake sale, live music, and a supportive atmosphere.
