I will be taking part in a charity SKYDIVE on the 5th March 2022 with some of my wonderful colleagues from the trauma team at UHW. 

Our aim is to raise as much money as we can for the Cardiff & Vale Health Charity who continue to support staff and patients everyday and especially throughout the pandemic.

Cardiff & Vale Health Charity is the official charity of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board which supports all the wards, departments, hospitals, community services and research areas throughout Cardiff and The Vale of Glamorgan. Your donation means patients continue to see improvements; brighter days, even in hospital, and lives changed for the better.
