We support people with Spinal Cord Injury to help them live full, independent lives

Story

If you've taken the time to get to this page (thank you) you're most probably already aware that I alongside 5 other friends will be swimming from Dover to France in July 2023 as part of a relay which on average takes between 12-18 hours.

To put the Channel swim into context, more people have climbed Everest (6,000+) than swam the English Channel (1827 solo swims and 951 relays).

Every four hours someone is paralysed by Spinal Cord Injury and Aspire provides the essential equipment, advice and housing that spinal cord injured people need to get back to living an independent life.

I am proud to be swimming on behalf of a fantastic charity like Aspire so any money you're willing to donate would be greatly appreciated and will go a long way to making a difference.
