Indigenous communities still face many problems in the world: racism, climate change, food injustice, political wars, failure of the education system, etc. Current aid being provided is affecting the Indigenous community on a surface level. Instead, we should be listening and having direct engagement with them to better support.

We are a collective of 17 youth who want to make a change and recognize the power we hold. Our collective is a part of a larger community known as Changeist. Changeist is a Saturday program that brings together 11-26 year olds to learn a common civic language, engage in dialogue, and build community to investigate local and global social justice issues.
