Summer Search is an organization that provides educational resources, mentorship and career opportunities to students across NYC to help them achieve a life of purpose and economic equity. The program supports students from sophomore year of high school all the way through early adulthood to help them pursue their educational and career goals. I’ve been a volunteer with them for the past three years, and I can say the participants selected are some of the most impressive young people I’ve ever met. They are so thoughtful and empathetic, and investing in them is one of the best things you could do for the future.

Despite everything that has impacted our country in 2021, Summer Search New York City students have continued to succeed:

• 99% of Summer Searchers graduated high school
• 80% were accepted into a post-secondary program
• 78% have committed to a post-secondary program
  

For my birthday this year, nothing would make me happier than raising a ton of money for this fantastic cause!
