We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

Thank you for visiting our Race for Life page.

As many of your know, the Challenor Champs (Nats, Ellie, Shellie and Jo) grew up on a small street together in the 80s.  25 years later we are still best of friends, in fact we are more like family and now have families of our own, which is why this year we are walking and not running because some little legs will be joining us for the first time!

Each one of us has been touched by cancer at one time or another throughout the journey of our friendship, which has been tested to it's limits, not all of us beat it and that is why it is so vital that Cancer Research UK are able to continue to fund life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer.  We all have a parent, sibling, friend, relative or teacher who has had cancer, we all know someone who went too soon.  This is our chance to fight back.  Please dig deep and sponsor us.

By sponsoring Challenor Champs, you can help create a force that cancer can't ignore.

Gift Aid it!

If you're a UK taxpayer, please remember to tick the Gift Aid box as this will increase your donation by at least 25% at no cost to you.

Sponsor us now, and we can become cancer's worst nightmare.

One day we will beat cancer. Help us make it sooner.
