Story
ActionAid is a leading international charity working in over 45 countries. They work with the poorest women and girls in the world, changing their lives for good.
They focus on five key areas of work:
- Defending women's rights
- Food, hunger and sustainable livelihoods
- Education
- Humanitarian and emergency response
- Tackling injustice
I believe that by supporting women and girls around the world to empower themselves it benefits their communities, society, economy, politics and not least their own sense of self worth.
I'm really happy to take on this challenge to empower myself and I would be really grateful if you would consider sponsoring me.
