As of 21st Feb I don't yet own a bike but i have committed to cycle 200 miles across France, Germany & Switzerland in May to raise money for the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA).

Over the last 3 years I have worked closely with the SIA and seen the amazing work they do in supporting people with a spinal cord injury that has changed their lives. It's seeing this that has driven me get a bike, get fit, and get cycling!

As a charity the SIA are reliant on fundraising and donations to provide their services, so please give what you can.
