An estimated 136,000 people are living in slavery in the UK. That's more than two victims for every thousand people in the country. On September, the TRIBE community is joining forces with Maverick to Run Free and fight modern slavery.

Story

Myself and my good friends, James Nolan and Graeme Eccles will be running a 52KM (32.3 miles) Ultra Marathon on 3rd September 2022 for TRIBE Freedom Foundation. 

TRIBE Freedom Foundation is on a mission to fight modern slavery and end human trafficking. The foundation aim to raise awareness of trafficking, supporting survivors and enabling frontline projects to prevent modern slavery.

Inspired by a 1,000 mile run to fight child trafficking. Our mission is to fight modern slavery and end trafficking. Funds raised are granted to inspiring projects: providing rehabilitation for victims; delivering solutions to help end modern slavery; raising awareness and increasing education.
