Cystic Fibrosis Care are hosting fitness challenges for June and July. Cycling 100+ miles for June and a virtual run for July! Myself and James are going to be taking part by cycling at least 100 miles and finishing by running a virtual half marathon at the end of July which is 13.1 miles.

Please donate anything you can as it will be going to such a special cause that makes an incredible difference. CF Care need help fundraising more than ever as most of their usual fundraising events have been postponed or cancelled. They help young people and adults by providing food vouchers, Covid19 relief grants, and AB facemasks and filters for patients to help keep them safe during the pandemic.
