Miles for Mental Health is Rethink Mental Illness' first virtual event! My challenge is to run a marathon over the course of month in any way I want i have chosen to run and walk this challenge to get as many miles as i can! My aim is 120 miles from the 1st of July. However, due to the support i have received in under 24 hours i am going to aim for 120+!! I want to help raise awareness for mental health and help break the stigma around mental health. So many people suffer on a daily basis and its ok not to be ok! The charity i am doing this for are there for individuals to help them understand they are not alone and that there is a way through their scary times. Please donate, even the smallest helps!!
