Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and for wanting to support the Scottish SPCA (Scotland's animal welfare charity) who do vital work in ensuring the welfare of Scotland's neglected and abandoned animals. For those of you who know me you will recognise that the charity's values of preventing cruelty to animals and promoting humanity and kindness in their treatment are central to every aspect of my life. This includes the 3 cats who allow me to share their home with them; In my work as a psychologist interested trying to bring together the disciplines of psychology and veterinary medicine and latterly as a student of veterinary science. The Scottish SPCA do not receive lottery or government funding and rely on public donations to carry on their work.
