Once again I am proud to be running a half marathon in support of the charity Medic Alert, this year the "London Big Half".I have worn a Medic Alert bracelet for my anaesthetic risk for over 27 years, giving myself and my family reassurance that in a medical emergency my Medic Alert bracelet would save my life. Running as part of the Medic Alert team provides a fantastic opportunity to continue to raise the profile of the wonderful work Medic Alert does and to save the lives of many, many people of all ages.
