Hi all, this is a slightly last minute effort but i will be running the 'Great Welsh Marathon' along the coastal path @ Llanelli on Sunday April 10th in aid of the Alzheimer's Society.

I have run many races but this will be my first full marathon! I have raised money for this charity in the past, and will be running in memory of my grandfather Hubert J Stephens who suffered with the disease. The treatment provision is improving day by day due to the work that the charity undertake.

As it's late in the day i have set a fairly small target! Wish me luck ...
