Story
Dear friends, family, and potential strangers,
On June 26th I cycled 41.4 miles (7.7 miles from home to the course, a 26 mile Bikeathon, and 7.7 miles back home).
I completed the 41.4 miles in 4 hours 21 minutes, although including the stop for lunch I took 4 hours 45 minutes.
You can read more and see some photos on my blog, http://www.davidsaulfineberg.co.uk.
My initial plan was to find 100 people to sponsor me one pound each, but that failed. Instead I'm just happy to see whatever donations are being made, so many thanks if you are able to put a little into the kitty.
May I also point you in the direction of http://www.betweenayak.com/. My good friend Alison is driving the Mongol Rally in aid of Leukamia & Lymphoma Research, and in memory of her father who died from Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
Love from Dave. x xx x
