Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

After some fairly serious medical treatment last year, now is the time to prove my body is back in full working order.  I have decided to do an abseil off the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth on 28th August 2014 with friends and colleagues from 145 Brigade.  I've never done anything like it before but it seems a great way to try something new and to raise some money for a great charity - the ABF, the Soldiers' Charity.  Please sponsor me.
