I am taking part in the Thames Hospice Open Water Swim Challenge to express gratitude for the care and support shown not only to our friend Trish, but to all her friends during this time. Everyone we came into contact with was simply brilliant. This enabled us all to rest easy knowing Trish was looked after and safe, in every sense.  Thames Hospice are there to ensure that patients and their families are cared for with the utmost compassion, dignity and respect. Funds raised from this swim will ensure that Thames Hospice can continue to provide care to those in the local community. Thank you.
