FINISHED!!!
Tough run this morning, but mostly enjoyable! Thank you to everyone who’s supported me - with donations and in other ways. I’ve had a lot of fun doing it and am really proud to have raised over £1000 for Mind. Let’s improve mental health for everyone!
Thank you!

75 MILES DONE!
Legs are getting tired now, and this week is going to be tough, but am determined to make the 100 mile mark!
It would be lovely if there were 14 people out there who’d like to chuck in a fiver so I can say I’ve raised £1000, but I’ve already raised enough to make a difference (and so much more than I expected). THANK YOU for all the support!
Just keep running………

**HALFWAY UPDATE**
Yesterday I reached 50 miles and have raised an astonishing £830. THANK YOU to everyone who has donated - each and every pound makes a difference. I’m next running on Friday, and to make it fun I’ll run 1% of the total raised in miles. At the moment I’m looking at a comfortable 8.3 miles, but wouldn’t it be great for it to be 10 miles (or more…)?!
But don’t donate because I want to show off about how far I can run.
Donate because 1 in 4 people have mental health problems.
Donate because suicide is the leading cause of death in men under 50.
Donate because 1 in 5 children with a mental health problem wait six months to see a specialist.
Donate to dispel the stigma around mental health and break down barriers people experience in accessing vital support.
Thank you.

I run for my mental health, and in February I’m going to use my running to support the mental health of others by fundraising for Mind. But let’s make it fun… The challenge is to run 50km in February for £50 in sponsorship. However, if I raise £100 in sponsorship I’ll run 100km, and if I raise £200 I’ll run 100 miles! How far do you think I can go…?

Its true: conversations around mental health are finally starting to change. But there is still a long way to go.Thats why I'm challenging myself to complete 50km on Strava this February. Because in 2023, suicide is still the leading cause of death for men under 50.By making a donation to my page, you'll be helping raise money that will make a huge difference. To get people the support they need, when they need it.£20 could help run Mind's online peer support community Side By Side for an hour, helping people connect with others and feel less alone.£30 could help Mind's Infoline answer calls, giving people vital support.£100 could pay the cost of one of Mind's Infoline or Legal Line advisors for a whole day. Thanks to your gift, we can make sure our advisors are ready to answer calls for help and support.Mind wont give up until everyone with a mental health problem gets support and respect. Support the fight for mental health.
