3 Countries, 2 Pedals, 1 Hospice.

Our courageous and intrepid colleagues; Liz Christey, Nina Walker and John Aves are embarking on the 3-2-1 challenge, a 300 mile bike ride from Colchester to Brussels via Amsterdam from the 7th - 11th October 2015, to help raise vital funds for the St. Helena Hospice. 

The St. Helena Hospice is a local charity to North Essex, helping people with life limiting illness and supporting families before and after bereavement. The work they do is vital to the local community, and the charity is one that's very close to our hearts. 

Liz, Nina and John are taking to the saddle for four days to try and raise as much money as possible. All we need you to do is dig deep and donate as much as you can to help us beat our target and provide much needed funds to this vital organisation.
