A full triathlon, just over a month to go and I now understand what I have signed up to! I am fitting in as much training as I can which is not enough. Swimming lessons have worked wonders and I have graduated from doing lengths of the baby pool to managing the full distance stopping only half a dozen times to gasp and cling to the sides - not sure how that will work in St Katherine's dock - still concentrate on the small steps of progress for now and may be the race day will take care of itself.
