In the month of October CBRE are holding a number of fundraising events to raise money for the Grace Research Fund.
The Grace Research Fund raises money to help premature babies and their families. The name of the charity remembers a little girl called Grace, who was born 14 weeks early weighing just 1lb. Sadly Grace passed away aged 9 months due to a lung condition. Her mum and dad wanted to try to prevent other parents having to face such a sad loss, and set up the Grace Research Fund, based at University of Warwick.
Oktoberfest Charity Event – Wednesday 23 October. - The event will have an Oktoberfest theme and will include a raffle of some great prizes, along with German style food, beer steins and musical entertainment, with tickets costing £5.00 per person and can be purchased on the evening at the venue. The event will start at 6:00 pm and will finish at around 11:00 pm.
Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge – Friday 11 October – CBRE’s Rating Team are doing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge which involves 3 peaks, 24 miles, 5,000 ft in 12 hours.
Sponsored Birmingham to Warwick Cycle – A group of cyclist will be cycling from Birmingham to Warwick and back in order to raise money. Details to Follow...
Donations to Grace Research will go in full to support medical research into the best treatments for premature babies.
