In a moment of  madness we decided to run the Sheffield half marathon. Good to set a challenge and all that...so a 12 week training plan is in full swing.  

What better way to motivate yourself for an event than raising money for charity. We've picked Create a Dream, a local charity,  set up to help seriously ill children and young people in the Sheffield and South Yorkshire region. They help to make their dreams come true by helping to fund gifts and experiences.
