Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I did my first triathlon on  Sunday 26th April and swam 400 metres, cycled 15km and ran 5km. My time was 1 hour 18 minutes. The run was the hardest as it was last and felt like the end of a half marathon even though it was only 5k. It was fun though! Go to www.spwtriathlon.com for all the times.

 I'm raising funds for SPW, the charity I went to Nepal with back in 1999. They've developed quite a lot since then and are doing great work on health (esp HIV/AIDS), education and the environment. 85% of volunteers are now from developing countries. Find at more at www.spw.org
