So,another GNR adventure awaits!I am running again this year to raise money for the wonderful Motor Neurone Association.  I think this will most likely be my last so in keeping with saving the best for last,this GNR will be in honour of my amazing friend Coral who has been living with MND for over 20 years.Coral is the most inspirational and determined woman I have ever met in my life,& probably will ever meet.Her resilience,strength, and spirit is truly incredible and I am immensely proud to call her my friend.

MND is a life sentence & can,frightening,strike at any time.MND research is also sadly very underfunded so please  donate so this fabulous charity can continue to support all those living with MND 💕
