Story

Hellooo and thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!

On May 1st 2011 I will be running (or rather wheezing) my way up and down steep hills to the finish line of the Three Forts Challenge Half Marathon to raise funds for SEKPA, a locally based charity for patients with kidney disease. As I work at the Sussex Kidney Unit in Brighton I thought it would be a great thing to do to help a charity that regularly helps our patients get the best care and service they so need and deserve.

SEKPA is a Registered Charity formed in 1980 to help kidney patients in East and West Sussex, from Littlehampton to Rye on the South Coast, to Horsham and East Grinstead inland. (Please go to http://www.sekpa.org/ for more info).

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now. Thank you in advance and wish me luck!!
