On 11th May I am taking part in the Martlets Hospice Skydive, a tandem 12,000 feet freefall at Headcorn in Kent. 

As I am conscious many of you sponsored me in the 10k run in October 2013 I thought I would also throw in a 20k run in Chichester in October 2014 to encourage you to dig deep once again, 2 for the price of 1!
