On Sunday 17th November, I am taking part in the Brighton Brooks 10k run  and for those of you who are prepared to pay good money to see me run, I have attached a link to the web page where you can do just that. I am not planning on breaking any records, just to complete the run, my only goal is to do so faster than anyone pushing a buggy or wearing a suit of armour. The money raised will be donated to the Martlets hospice in Hove who as most of you will know, provided invaluable support to Matt.
