Story

In 2010 & 2011 I cycled 3 stages of the Tour de France to raise money for MNDA in memory of my Dad. So far I have raised approximately £7,500 thanks to people's incredible generosity and in an effort to raise a bit more I have discovered a new challenge. On Thursday 25th July I aim to participate in the Alpe d'Huez Triathlon. I will be doing the 'short distance' a 1.2km swim in a mountain lake, a 30km cyle including the famous Alpe d'Huez with its 21 hairpin bends and 10% average gradient, followed by a 7.3km run at altitude. It is meant to be one of the world's most beautiful triathlons and possibly one of the hardest. Any support will be very gratefully received. Many thanks,  Cathyxx
