Ian, Cathy, Helen, Beryl and Chris are taking part in the British 10k 2010.

 

July 11th 2010 will see 'running club' take on 'darts' team in an epic battle at the British 10k, London.

Handicapped by a week in Tenerife with the girls I am confident that I can beat Ian's time by 10mins +. If I fail I will match our fundrasing total - donate now to raise well needed money for FSID and i'll keep you updated on progress and the all important result!!
