On Sunday 16 September, Tabitha and I will run 10km through London Zoo and Regent's Park to support the Zoological Society of London's excellent and much-needed conservation and scientific work. It's the first ever London Zoo Stampede and the first time we have done any sort of organised running: a minuscule contribution to leaving the world in reasonable nick for Tabitha's generation and beyond.... but a fair contribution to keeping the animals in the zoo entertained.... All the more so as Tabitha's buggy will be cunningly disguised as an elephant, complete with squirty trunk.
