Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am running the BUPA 10k in London on 30th May 2011 for Alzheimer's Research. My nan had dementia and I'd like to raise some money for a charity which may help combat these horrible illnesses. I have been training but not as much as I'd like, however I'm still aiming to run it in about an hour (my PB is 62 mins) so wish me luck!
