The Parkinson's Disease Society gives vital and amazing support to sufferers of the disease and their familes, friends and carers. The Great South Run is the world's second biggest 10 mile event.  Held in Portsmouth, it was voted the UK's second most popular road race!  I am going to attempt to finish the course and will be driven on by the fact that every step means money for this fantastic charity.
