On Sunday 5 April I will be pounding the streets of Paris with 37,000 others in an attempt to complete the 2009 Paris Marathon. Snow aside, the training is going well and I am looking forward to it. In a way...

I am raising money for WaterAid. While I could have chosen any number of charities I think this one is particularly important: clean water is something that so many people so desperately need and something that we hugely take for granted.

So please sponsor me! It's for a really good cause and 26.2 miles is a really long way!
