RED participants across the South Lakes will challenge themselves to be active for 31 consecutive days in January. If its running 5K, walking to working a new way, a morning swim or just taking the bike for a spin join the thousands of people around the UK kick-starting their 2019 in the most positive way.
I always find winter hard and making myself get out and do things in January, I am sure will have a positive effect. Plus I hope to raise lots of money for a very good cause. Get Giving.
