It's now 15 months since we lost our incredibly brave and beautiful daughter Chloe.  Chloe was a remarkable young lady who showed an immense amount of courage and determination after being diagnosed with cancer. Not a day goes by when we don't think about her and just wish she was still here to love and cherish and give a big cuddle.

Last year we raised a fantastic amount of money when I along with a group of friends did the Shine Walk in Manchester raising money for Children's Cancers. 

This year I will be taking part in the Manchester 10k - this time raising money for The Christe Hospital in Manchester.  Chloe was treated at The Christie not only in the Young Oncology Unit but also in the Radiotherapy Suites.  It is a fantastic hospital - the minute you walk through the door you feel welcome and at home and feel cared for and looked after.Of course if you had a choice you wouldn't be there but Chloe felt safe and secure whilst receiving treatment there and I know she will be proud that I have chosed to raise money for such a worthwhile cause.  She would also be very very surprised and hopefully impressed at the thought of her Mum running 10k!!!!!!!

Chloe was a great inspiration to us all and I am incredibly proud and it was an honour to have been her Mum. So please please please sponsor me for this fantastic charity.
