Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running my first great south run since getting type 1 diabetes 4 years ago, when a virus destroyed my pancreas leaving me insulin dependant. Without the research from diabetes uk I wouldn't be here now, and certainly wouldn't be able to lead such a normal life compared to what my grandad went through with the same illness 30 years ago!
