I chose the BHF as a charity as a way of celebrating my dad's life. He's missed a lot in 20 years, me getting married, meeting my husband, me having kids. 56 was way too young to die so if everyone from my FB friends gave just £2, I would hit my target to raise money for research. Of course, feel free to make it a fiver! 

I think dad would like me walking Hadrian's Wall and ending up at the quayside in the Toon!
