I'm taking part in Light the Night - Oxford City Walk on 20th July 2019, a fundraising event by Sobell House Hospice. For 42 years, Sobell House has been providing specialist palliative care to adults with advanced, progressive illnesses and supporting families facing loss. Each year, they provide more than 3,000 people in Oxfordshire with the care they need on their ward, day centre, in the local hospitals and in the community.
